Open Horizons is an independent humanitarian foundation registered in Luxembourg, founded on the belief that education is the most powerful, most portable, most enduring gift we can give a child.
A foundation with a founder's promise.
Established in 2018, Open Horizons was created to serve two groups of children whose futures depend on the same thing — access to education — but whose paths could not be more different: refugee children arriving in Europe, and children living in underserved communities across Africa.
We operate as a bridge: mobilising European funding, expertise, and empathy toward on-the-ground programs delivered with — never for — local partners.
